[coreboot] New patch to review for coreboot: f1424d7 selfboot: drop dead code As a left over from elfboot times, selfboot keeps the segments to load in the order in which they appeared in the original file as well as in the order they will later appear in memory. This is not needed in selfboot, so drop the code and structure members that handle the in-file order.
