Fixed, was corrupted ME firmware.

The range c0000-fffff is still handled by ROM but cached as if it was
RAM. Hence as long as data is still in cache it seems to work but when
it gets flushed I get ROM contents back. Don't know yet how to configure
c0000-fffff behaviour
