    libpayload: add support for 64-bit EHCI controllers
    
    Initialize the high part of the address
    and use 64-bit compatible descriptors.
    (waste a few bytes on 32-bit but should be harmless)
    
    Read USB stick on a SandyBridge system which has 64-bit EHCI.
