    baskingridge: dev, recovery, and WP switch support
    
    This commit adds support for the deveveloper, recovery,
    and write protect querying. It just uses jumpers on the
    Basking Ridge board.
    
    Noted ability to togggle jumpers results in toggling the
    respective modes.
