[coreboot] coreboot 2013 Google Summer of Code: Call for mentors and project ideas

Thanks to everyone that is interested in participating in coreboot
GSOC 2013.  The GSOC application is due Friday. It is time to  prepare
the wiki for review by the GSOC selection committee.

If you are interested in participating and haven't done so already,
please add yourself to this section:

Mentors, please claim a couple of the ideas and add yourself down as
the mentor. I propose the following format.
