I expect there a code drop at some point. Binaries are both shipping
and are also downloadable so I don't expect that it will take very
long.

PC Engines is very friendly. I find it unexpected that there's a GPL
compliance issue. I guess someone has dropped the ball. That's
obviously not helpful.
