That seems like a slap on the wrist. Terminating employees rather than taking 
legal action against coreboot also suggests they might feel they have no legal 
standing against coreboot supporting more stuff.

I wonder if there's any legal action hardware vendors could take against 
ODM/OEM vendors who distribute and/or contribute to coreboot. And I don't mean 
BS lawsuits hw vendors know they'll lose.
