Hi

My first impression from the logs is that SeaBIOS did execute option
roms. Did you enable serial console for iPXE build?

Also note that the VIA NICs you have are listed as "expected to work but
not confirmed" for iPXE. Given that this is a very old controller,
driver may be more stable or tested in the Etherboot -repository.
