I got the latest version of LB2 as of today and followed the s2881 Built tutorial.<br>I extracted the VGA bios from latest AMI bios (v208) using cbrom under Win-XP. <br><br>Ubuntu boots into Text mode, but fails trying to launch the GUI.<br>I'm pasting linuxbios log, dmesg dump and lpsci here.
