[flashrom] [RFC] Uppercase or lowercase hexadecimal numbers?

Hi,

right now our tree has a mix of lowercase and uppercase hexadecimal
numbers. I don't plan to change them all (we have enough changes
already), but I'd like to know which variant I should use for future
patches.

My personal favourite is lowercase hex (don't need to hit shift that
way), but I don't know what you prefer.
