[flashrom] [patch] update README

[Carl-Daniel Hailfinger]

This is a respin of a patch sent on 01.06.2010 17:01 by Idwer Vollering.
I have fixed whitespace, line wrapping and other patch mangling.

Update README to list al the needed rpm files [1] and update the download
location of csdpmi.
