I suspect that we're not handling some lockdown correctly. Could you do
a short check for us?
Insert directly before ichspi.c line 1068:
ichspi_lock = 1;

Then please recompile and run again in verbose mode. I don't expect
success, but I think we have a good chance to learn more.
