Revision 1749

- Add a new chip northbridge/amd/amdk8/root_complex
- Moving the functionality around in northbridge/amd/amdk8/northbridge.c
  to put the pci_domain and the apic bus on the root_complex.
  Everything else remains with the individual northbridges.
