Revision 15

1) Added function key bailouts.
2) Shortened the interrupt-auto-boot wait time and the "i to interact" time
3) Added "probe-usb2" so you can reprobe the disk without disabling the USB 1.1 keyboard
4) Use both serial and keyboard/screen for the console, simultaneously.
5) Simplified the install-console logic so the screen is turned on just once.
6) Switched graphical boot reporting to use color icons in a simpler pattern.
