S3 Resume

S3 Resume is failed in Change-Id: Iad1a88ef2e3c8dd1e601549aeca26fb29b2bc7ae (xcompile: detect and use RISCV binaries). Change-Id: I7c26cb07bcd2e62bb792809b67314e5155c6adf6 (AMD Kabini: fix issue 'S3 fails to suspend after wake up from USB keyboard') supports S3 Resume. We are trying to find where the problem is.
