The CBFS master header used to denote the alignment of files within the CBFS image. This is now hard coded to 64 bytes, which was already the default. The master header format didn't change and the field continues to be set to 64, so old code will continue to work with new images. New code will work with old images as long as their alignment is set to 64 bytes.
