    intel/sandybridge: Locate CBMEM TOC early in ramstage
    
    This patch allows the use of migrated CAR_GLOBAL variables from
    the very beginning of ramstage. Without the patch, CAR_GLOBALS were
    not available until northbridge set_resources().
