    intel/skylake: Clean up Serial IO DMA channels
    
    This patch removes FixedDMA channels carryover code from BDW
    as in SKL Integrated DMA is present for each serial io controller.

    TEST=Build and Boot kunimitsu. Tested IDMA on UART.
