    ACPI S3: Flip ACPI_HUGE_LOWMEM_BACKUP default
    
    Except fo nehalem, K8, f10 and f15 (non-AGESA) romstage ramstack
    is placed in CBMEM and ramstage loader takes care of tiny backup.
