intel/kunimitsu: Set USB Type A current limit to 2A
The GPIO USB_A0_ILIM_SEL & USB_A1_ILIM_SEL should be low to enable 2A
charging from the USB Type-A port.

TEST=Build CB & booted kunimitsu, verified that USB_A0_ILIM_SEL &
USB_A0_ILIM_SEL are at logic zero.
