util/board_status/to-wiki: replace unicode with html entities
After the wiki update, the supported motherboard page wasn't printing
any cells that contained unicode characters. There's probably another
way to fix it that can be enabled, but changing the unicode characters
to html entity encoding fixes the problem in the script.
