epia-800 kernel panic

I have gotten back to doing some work on the vga of the epia-800, and 
can't seem to get linux to fully boot. It panics as below.  If anyone 
has any ideas on what this might be, I would appreciate the help. The 
kernel is 2.4.21.  I am using the std epia config with a few mods to 
boot from IDE.
