This is problematic...my version is probably way out of date.

I vaguely remember sending a small tarball but I think that was to Andrew
directly.

The stuff in the above link doesn't have the VGA bios crash fix I came
up with. It seems like no one else had any trouble with it crashing though.
I can dig that up if necessary.

I'll try to get a complete diff of my tree against the snapshot I started
with...maybe that will be most helpful.
