You see Ron, If you don't do changes in hardwaremain, it won't show the graphic console. The order in which it calls VGA bios does not make sense to show the splash( it is actually almost the last call ).
The splash itself somewhere in a middle relying on internal VGA initialization...
If you can suggest something that works it would be great.
