AWWWW Crap!

OK, I have a bios chip that my flash ROM programmer cant program... The chip is a Amic A290021TL-70.  OK, I would like to buy a new chip from a different manufacture. What do I need to keep in mind when I buy a replacement chip?
Here is the data sheet from the off brand chip.
