Yeah, I know...
Some things that may help though.
I have put some print statements into src/lib/elfboot.c into
get_bounce_buffer():
Here is the response from original bios:

Take a look at the tbuffer. Address is incorrect.
Some memory allocation issue which makes impossible to get correct address
for the filo elf image.
I give up for now.
