last time I looked, romcc output (depending on board) was bumping in at 
24-36K and c_payload made up the rest. So on some ports it is getting 
tight. 


today, on arima, payload is 28K, and the romcc output is big enough that 
it won't fit in 64k. That was not the case yesterday :-)
