kudos to the V2 coders

Starting as a complete V2 newbie, in less than 9 hours of work and on
the _very_ first successful compile, LinuxBIOS V2 produced serial code
output on our IMS board!

To all those that worked so hard on the framework.  You rock.  Looks
like it works quite nicely.

I've got other things to work on now for a bit and a large mountain
called SDRAM is but I'm on the path.
