Boot Linux on both mainboards (if possible) with the original BIOS
installed and run lspci.  lspci will display all PCI devices.
Post your question again with the lspci output.

More detailed comments:

There are very few Pentium 4 mainboards supported by LinuxBIOS.
Support for Opteron and AMD64 mainboards is much better.

The SA1100 is a StrongARM processor.  Is that what you meant?
Or, is SA1100 also the name of a mainboard and you want to know if the
mainboard SA1100 is supported?

Please provide more information like a URL to the products you are
interested in having LinuxBIOS support for.  Or, as mentioned above,
just provide the Linux lspci output.
