[LinuxBIOS] Problems with ADLO

This has been a problem for a while.  I just forgot to submit a patch.

The variable arguments in a macro handleing changed in gcc 3.x.

Either use gcc-2.95 or change all occurances of

BX_DEBUG(##a)
to
BX_DEBUG(a)
