[LinuxBIOS] Error in FSF high priority list LinuxBIOS description

Not future, with LinuxBIOS+kernel+kexec..we already can use kernel as
bootloader...

current we only put some effects to provide tiny kernel and small ramdisk...

fastboot seems to provide the ramdisk...
