[LinuxBIOS] [FEATURE] payload compression

The Etherboot 5.4 later has different size in elf prefix... to real file
size.

So we need to align rom_end to 16 bytes or use dd to make payload to 16
bytes align before nrv2b payload.nrv2b...

Which one is good?
