Going back and looking at the logfiles it seems we havn't done a very
good job of detailing things when they get changed.

ie a log commit that just says:

'fixes'

Dosen't really tell you much.  Say when you are reviewing the logs a
year later to try and find possible areas that might have busted a
board.

I think a little more verbosity in the logs for future commits would
help a bit.  At least some more verbosity when you think you have
fixed up things to a point that they work.
