Yes. GPL v2, like the rest of LinuxBIOS.

Yes.  It is pretty stable.  There are some rare bugs.  But right
now it has been easier to work around them then to fix them :(

Odd.  I know a few of tests are expected to fail that way, but I thought
I had them marked.  I would have to look into it in more detail to
give a better answer.
