Just as a side node, 2M/4M usually means Mbit in this area. The 39SF020A
thus has 2MBit: 256 KByte. 

If you can, get at least a 39SF040 (512KByte) or even a 39SF080 (1MByte)
for the real fun.

2 Mbit is plenty for the Epia MII if you want to boot from IDE or CF
using FILO (or soon Grub2 I assume)
