[LinuxBIOS] r3029 build service

Dear LinuxBIOS readers!

This is the automated build check service of LinuxBIOS.

The developer "hailfinger" checked in revision 3029 to
the LinuxBIOS source repository and caused the following 
changes:

Change Log:
This fixes a few vendor IDs to conform with JEDEC publication 106W
(JEP106W), adds some device IDs and provides information about
non-conforming IDs.
The EON change is left to the patch adding EON chips.

This patch should have no effect on code generation.
