Yes, but that was wrong. I renamed it because I misread the 'If you
modify you must use a name or title distinguishable from "Developer's
Certificate of Origin"' below.
If we do _not_ modify the DCO, we can still also keep the name (that's
how I understand it at least).

I reverted my renaming, it's called "Developer's Certificate of Origin 1.1"
again now. Thanks for pointing that out.
