[LinuxBIOS] [PATCH] Add initial serial output for Via vt82c686

More patches. The full_s2507.patch is everything that I've done 
(including the updated vt82c686). The vt82c686_early_serial.patch is 
just updated to use vt82c686 instead of vt686.
