[LinuxBIOS] are SST49LF016C compatible with LPC *and* FWH?

I thought it was when I ordered, and I just got it working as FWH, but
I'm not having much luck using it with LPC (ie CK804).  It looks like
IDSEL needs to be inverted among other things.

I think the CK804 had 4MB rom decoded, if the code in LinuxBIOSv2 does
what it says, so I don't think that's a problem any more.

Suggestions?  Buy LPC for LPC boards and FWH for FWH boards?
