[LinuxBIOS] Walmart/Everex GPC TC2502 (VIA CN700 + VT8237R Chipset), PC2500E

I have two of these motherboard. 
Purchased under then name PCChips V21G V1.0C
Have been looking for some time to load linuxbios on them. All the
hardware information is below.  Any one playing around with these, be
careful, flashrom hangs on these boards, and I have had no luck at
tracking down the reason why.
