[LinuxBIOS] [PATCH] add support the IEI PCISA-LX

Here is second edition of patch.
But it required pirq.patch from
http://www.linuxbios.org/pipermail/linuxbios/2007-November/027358.html
to support IRQ routing.

this board has Part No. PCISA-LX-800-R10.
So directory name should be pcisa-lx-800-r10.
