Either is fine, I guess. So far I let RSVD "override" everything else, i.e.
as soon as I see a "Reserved" register, I make it RSVD, even if there's
a default value in the datasheet.

NANA, because there's no default. MISC would also be possible, but I
think NANA is more specific. It's a minor issue, though.
