[LinuxBIOS] ICH8(82801H) USB problem

[Jia Jianwei]

It's not exactly LinuxBios source, but It's also used to load linux.  I
referenced LinuxBios source code and of course contributed some source code
to LinuxBios before. The attached is southbridge initialization code.
