[coreboot] r3254 build service

Dear coreboot readers!

This is the automated build check service of coreboot.

The developer "uwe" checked in revision 3254 to
the coreboot source repository and caused the following 
changes:

Change Log:
Detect SMSC SCH5027 (trivial).

This chip seems to be very similar to the SMSC DME1737, for coreboot
purposes it might even work without any code changes.

in uwe's neck until the issue is fixed.
