[coreboot] r3813 build service

Dear coreboot readers!

This is the automated build check service of coreboot.

The developer "stepan" checked in revision 3813 to
the coreboot source repository and caused the following 
changes:

oops. there went a new mainboard into the tree and i missed it. Add mainboard
specific changes based on the DBM690T code.
