[coreboot] r3110 build service

Dear coreboot readers!

This is the automated build check service of coreboot.

The developer "stepan" checked in revision 3110 to
the coreboot source repository and caused the following 
changes:

Change Log:
flashrom: Add board_enable for Artec Group DBE61 and DBE62

Also add a comment about NULL subsystem IDs leaving the board entry out
of auto-detection logic.
