[LinuxBIOS] r3035 build service

Dear LinuxBIOS readers!

This is the automated build check service of LinuxBIOS.

The developer "duwe" checked in revision 3035 to
the LinuxBIOS source repository and caused the following 
changes:

Change Log:
Improve readability and remove redundancy by wrapping
similar smp_write_intsrc calls in preprocessor macros.
Also add some comments about the actual devices the INTs
belong to.
