[LinuxBIOS] [PATCH] fix build race in LBv3

This fixes a build race (make -j2):

make: *** No rule to make target `/home/rmh/hacking/linuxbios/LinuxBIOSv3/build/stage0-prefixed.o', \
  needed by `/home/rmh/hacking/linuxbios/LinuxBIOSv3/build/linuxbios.initram'.  Stop.
