[coreboot] [status] coreboot rename

Hi,

Here's a quick status update:

* the rename process for coreboot-v2 is basically done.
* about 2000 occurences are left in coreboot-v1,
  450 occurences in v3.

I will also update v3. Not sure whether we should touch v1 in this way?
