[coreboot] v2: fam10 fix for -fno-stack-protector

This was so that we had a place to add flags that had nothing to do with
the build, but were dependent on what distribution/tools you were using
to build with. The current two items addressed are the
-fno-stack-protector and the --build-id=none options.
